Migrating your FreeAgent Account

Migrating your FreeAgent account from your accountant to Bluebird Accountancy is easy and we are here to support you all the way.

As an official partner, Bluebird Accountancy has an excellent relationship with FreeAgent. This will help to ensure the migration process is completed as quickly as it can be.

To start the migration process, please send an email directly to FreeAgent explaining your current situation. The email address is support@freeagent.com. Then, please give our expert accountants a call on 0808 301 2389 and let us know your desire to join us from your accountant.

FreeAgent will then try and contact your current accountant. They will then contact our accountants, letting us know you would like to move your FreeAgent account to our reliable service.

If FreeAgent do not hear from your accountant for 5 days, they will automatically transfer your account to Bluebird Accountancy, providing you grant them permission.

We understand there is a possibility your accountant has failed to complete some of your HMRC document submission, leaving your accounts incomplete. Please do not panic – Bluebird Accountancy is here to help you all the way. Unfortunately, there is a possibility that you might be facing some fines for the late submission of documentation. However, these can be appealed against because the circumstances are clearly beyond your control. This is also something we can provide you guidance for.
